CHASING SANTA

This is it!  The final week before Christmas.  Even for people who don’t celebrate Christmas, life is a little bonkers!

There are cranky drivers on the roads.  Busy shoppers in the mall.  Last minute grocery hunters for those special ingredients.  Holiday parties and concerts and fundraisers, …

By this time next week, everything will calm down again.

And in two weeks, even the New Year’s parties are all done.

We get it.  It’s just too much to add selling a house right now for most people.  And that’s ok.  Survive the holidays first!

We’re here for any home-sellers who’ve simply had enough and want to get out of their property.  Yes, all through the Christmas break.

And we’re here for homeowners who need to get through New Year’s before they have the mental energy to focus on the next thing.

Some of our clients live outside Alberta, but are visiting over the next 2 weeks.  They literally have two weeks for a showing, a discussion, a contract, and a meeting with the lawyers.  That’s it!  Then they’re headed home to the rest of their busy lives.  One of our clients has inherited a hoarder house; we’re well on our way to finding a solution for that.  Another of our clients moved months ago, lives in another province now, and just wants to know the house is sold!  For some reason, working with their real estate agent hasn’t worked out.  We’re exploring other options to get the house off their plate.

We are professional home buyers.  We simply buy houses from people who no longer want to live in or own them.  Our goal is to provide a simple, easy and fast solution for sellers who want or need to move on.  No pressure, no stress.  We just start with a simple conversation.

Our clients often begin the process by clicking the Get Started button on our website:  https://westerncanadianhomebuyers.ca/.

Whether you’re calling in between family gatherings, or waiting until the calmer times of January, we’re always happy to have a conversation.
