Homeowner Harry was a man with a plan!

Western Canadian Home Buyers showed him the contract, and then told him he could use any Alberta lawyer of his choosing to represent him and only him. They would use a different lawyer as the “buyer” of his house.

Harry was relieved. With two lawyers involved, he felt confident that all of the legal paperwork would be processed correctly.

After a short negotiation, Harry was able to sell the house and move on with his life. He even got to choose the moving date!

It all started by filling out the form on the website, and having a phone conversation.  Zero commitment until Harry made his final choice.
