How One Couple Escaped the Burden of a Run-Down House

Property Pete sighed as he looked at the worn-down house in front of him, feeling the weight of disappointment and frustration settle on his shoulders.  The old house he’d bought years ago was now nothing but a drain on his finances and his energy.  It seemed like every time he turned around there was another repair needed, or another bill to pay.  No matter how much work he put into it, the house just kept demanding more.
