Then wait for the right buyer to come along, then wait for their bank to approve them—or not—then wait for everyone to process the paperwork, …. 

            In spite of all the headlines, it can still be stressful and slow to sell a house with a traditional real estate agent.  Especially when a property owner has a tight timeline, or just wants out FAST!

They don’t need the perfect school, or a clean yard, or to keep up with the Jones’ brand new home build.  If the deal works, they can streamline the process and avoid unnecessary delays—because they’ve bought houses a few times, or a few dozen times!  That experience builds efficiency and saves headaches for home sellers.
