When life hands you a fixer upper, don’t let it hold you back!

Hard work and elbow grease isn’t everyone’s “thing.”

Some houses just need so many repairs and upgrades, it’s more time efficient and cost efficient to sell that home.

Did you know that some banks won’t even offer a traditional mortgage on a property that needs significant repairs?

But professional homebuyers love a good DIY project.

  • They aren’t emotional about wood panelling, or smelly carpet, or the “wrong” paint colour.
  • They don’t blink about holes in the wall, or garbage on the floors, or months of yardwork that may have been procrastinated.
  • They often have access to other financing options to work around the bank issues for problem houses.

Direct homebuyers simply work the numbers.  Can they buy a home AND spend money for repairs and upgrades, BUT still make a small profit after all their work?  If yes, then it’s a buy – so simple!

They’ll put time, energy and money into that fixer upper, so you can get back to sipping margaritas on the beach–or whatever else you’d rather be doing.
